VENTURE STUDIO
If businesses are a TV show, the Venture Studio writes the pilot episodes. Identifying problems, the Venture Studio rapidly validates opportunities to make a positive dent in the world. We iteratively build MVPs and get customers before (maybe) spinning out into a fully fledged business. We try, we fail, we learn, we succeed.
