Unrest is a start-up accelerator providing 16 weeks of structured support delivered by world class experts to founders and teams at purposeful, consumer-facing startups.
The Unrest North Programme is delivered in partnership with Capital Enterprise (UK) Limited and Barnsley Council, and is part-funded through the European Regional Development Fund. By supporting startups in the region, we hope to tip the scales of investment and growth, accelerating impact businesses forward.
The hybrid programme will be run in person and online from our Northern base in Sheffield, and is open to all North-England based impact consumer driven startups.
Guided by our three pillars of impact, resilience and diversity, we focus on consumer businesses because we believe in the collective power we all have in driving shifts towards a fairer inclusive economy. The programme is offered through an equity stake in your business. We ask for the lower of a 2% equity share or £33k worth of equity in your business. Through equity, we are tying our success to yours, betting on a better world together.
